As I mentioned in the story in my free eBook you can download on the right, I never gave a thought to taking pictures for anyone else to see at the time.  So what I have isn’t great, but I think it gets the idea across.
If you want to skip ahead in the video, the clip with my finger on the night of the accident is at the end.  I pieced things together and left some of the explanation in there for you if you want to know more about my thought process.

Here’s the bottom line-YOUR POTENTIAL IS LIMITLESS-because it comes from a power greater than yourself.  But that power is available to you!

Without spiritual awareness, it’s difficult to feel hope for the future after watching the evening news.  Most of the stories are about break-ins, murder, rape, child molestation, corruption, disgraced clergy and politicians, wars, gangs,  or the destruction caused by weather conditions.

I think it is very apparent that we can’t rely on people in positions of power to do the right thing.  So life can feel pretty hopeless when you think about it.

But it doesn’t have to be!

New scientific discoveries are validating the power of human thought, intention and that we emanate signals and what is seen as light.

I have had some incredible experiences in my life that have proven to me that we were born with the power to impact life’s situations.  For years, I was silent after receiving ridicule, judgment or the sight of  rolling eyes and the change of subject.  But I have felt prompted to share my personal stories for those who are ready to hear them.

We need to make some drastic changes to turn things around and it starts with each person coming into their own place of power.  That power comes from spiritual awareness.  When you put focus on your true essence, the part of you that makes your heart beat and that offers inner wisdom, you bridge the gap from here, where the issue is, to there, where the solution is, so you can manifest your desires.

There is nothing special about me.  We were all born with a creative spirit and mental powers that can be focused in a way that changes situations before your very eyes.  My stories are perfect examples of that.  (Download them after filling out the form on the right.)

I’ve learned to stop myself the second that I notice that I’m not feeling well.  I create the intention of health, the vision of health and the feeling of love energy surging through my body.  I also do a few things that help me psychologically like taking some extra vitamins, drinking extra water and even eating some chicken soup.  Then I tell myself that it is all I need to do to feel better.

And of course, I always look for the stress that is going on so I can also do some vibrational healing of the distorted energy disrupting my body’s harmony.  There is always subconscious stress from all the things going on these days, and it eats away at us from the inside.  That quietly dumps stress chemicals into our bodies and wears down our immune systems.  But the source is the emotions from past experiences that create frequencies of energy that are distorted.

I even have to admit how crazy it sounds when I talk about these things sometimes and I know that most people don’t think of finding the distorted vibration instead of avoiding germs.  But the proof is in the pudding and those around me get sick and I don’t as long as I do this process.

We have mental powers that go way beyond what any of us can imagine and I am grateful that I’ve had the opportunity to witness healing love firsthand so many times.  I think it stems from my near death experience.  I just don’t questions things at all.  In my heart, I know what love energy can do and I don’t scatter my energy with doubt.

So I just strive to feel unconditional love like I felt during my nde as I use visualization techniques.  I focus on love vibrations transforming sickness into health.  It gives me chills to imagine more and more people using these techniques and eliminating a great deal of the fear energy that is so destructive and disempowering.

Every time one more person comes into their own place of power by developing and using the gifts they were given, more dots connect around the planet.

Cellular memories can be very powerful.  For most of my life I said “I HATE fruit!”  But did I really?  No!  But I had never heard of vibrational healing and looking deeper for the real problem.

What I hated was the memory of always being told that I could have a piece of fruit when I wanted a cookie like my friends got when they wanted a snack.

I used to kiddingly say that I was abused by my parents because they made me eat fruits and vegetables and brush my teeth.  I do thank them now but at the time, all I wanted was to have what my friends had.  Most of them had their own room and a mom who brought us cookies and milk as we watched TV after school.

If I was at my house, I had to help with dinner and was told no to a sweet snack.  “You can have a piece of fruit.”

I never realized how many factors there were that always seemed to have me battling with keeping my weight down.  I began using my training as a life coach and in energy work to look for the underlying cause and what do you think I found?

When I discovered the subconscious anger over not being special enough to get cookies on command as a child, and did energy work on the emotions I felt, I found myself reaching for fruit over junk food.  It was one of the most dramatic changes I have ever experienced from vibrational healing of that distorted memory.  The idea of fruit brought on emotions that were uncomfortable and the association kept me from enjoying fruit.

I find that to be fascinating and even more so, the fact that we are able to find and change those things with vibrational healing tools to bring more contentment and peace of mind into life.

Stir your memories and go back to days gone by when life seemed to be at your beck and call, waiting to see what you would do with it.  Your whole life was ahead of you.

What happened to those scenes that once danced around in your head?  Did your dreams fade because you got so busy accomplishing something practical first?  Are you starting to feel like most of life is behind you?

Revealing new information says it doesn’t have to be that way.  There are new discoveries about your mental powers and the way your brain works, the storage of memories referred to as cellular memories, the validation of a quantum field of energy that connects you at some level to everything in the universe.  There is scientific evidence that says your thoughts, beliefs and intentions do matter and they play an important role and influence your life.

As crazy as it may seem, if you use a formula I call TFS (Triangle Formula for Success) to align 3 important areas, your mental powers can ignite your dreams and cause a chain reaction that allows you to manifest your desires.  The sky really is the limit to what you can have, do and be.

All I have are police reports to tell me what happened as I was taking a friend to see my horses that day.  But I have never lost the memory of what happened to the part of me that was still very much me. It was outside of my body that was humped over, lifeless in my car, and it was very much “alive.” A man had turned in front of us at an intersection on the highway. I hit him and we traveled airborne into a telephone pole and landed in a ditch. My friend was fine, my car was totaled and I had died.

When I awoke days later in the hospital, I remembered only the near death experience, or nde as it is referred to. I had traveled through a tunnel to a place that was unlike anything anyone had ever told me. There was a Presence there, a brilliant White Light that certainly wasn’t like anything that I had been taught. All I felt was an indescribable love—a feeling that no words can convey. And I knew that this was the real essence of God, or what I had been taught to think of as God.

I was allowed to see and understand many things that are almost impossible to put into words. As much as I wanted to stay where I was, I knew I had to come back and learn how to become a more loving person. So when I was given a choice, I begged for a chance to return. I had to find a way to use what I had learned to change my own life and then help others.

Easier said than done!

I awoke in the hospital to the same life I had left and although my near death experience had a profound effect on me, I quickly determined that its meaning was lost on others and that it was better kept to myself. I had reached out to a few people to help me make sense of things but they explained everything away with the fact that I had head injuries. I was also told that I should consider that it was the devil I saw and not God.  It was a painful lonely place to find myself after such a life changing experience that I longed to share.

I determined that this sacred experience would become my secret that would never be shared again. I would simply seek Knowledge and Truth as I had been instructed. I would find the answers I was looking for on my own and use them to change my life and quietly do what I could for others.

For thirty years, I researched, experimented, studied and worked with thoughts, feelings, energy and success principles with the desire to make a difference in my world and the world of others. The formula I boiled everything down to and the techniques I use have changed my life.

So the day came when I no longer feared what anyone said to me or about me.  Healing love and spiritual awareness are the solutions to the world’s problems.  We are spirits having a physical experience, not physical bodies that are helpless victims of our circumstances.

As we develop more spiritual awareness, we can make use of the gifts we were sent to earth with.  I believe we are meant to use our creative abilities to manifest abundance on the planet, and we do that by first becoming all we were meant to be individually.  Then those dots can connect all around the world spreading peace, love and abundance.

Life can really be fun when something happens out of the blue that you don’t expect.  You just never know when there might be a friendship connection like these two furry friends had one day.

Every highly successful person has had as many challenges as you have. But here is the difference between successful people and you if you’re someone who wonders why you can’t seem to manifest your desires.

Successful people realize beforehand that there will be challenges; that it is a part of life and doing business but they are not fazed by them. They simply keep their eyes on the target and keep moving forward with their clearly defined goal until it is attained. They have an automated process that includes visualization exercises, whether it is intentional or not. Their minds repetitiously see pictures of their accomplishments!

“Unlucky” people who just can’t seem to get ahead usually have a different process. They get an idea and start taking actions that they hope will lead them to the goal.

One of the things that can be helpful in changing old patterns is to create images that stick in your mind and help you to think a little more about what you are doing.

Here’s one of the visualization techniques I use. When a thought comes to me, I create a visual image out of it that will stick with me. Here’s an example about the importance of planning that came to me as I was looking at this picture I received in an email. (Photographer was unidentified or I would give credit.)

Imagine two cars driving down the road side by side.

One driver has created a strong visual image of the destination. S/he has laid out a clearly defined plan of action and then takes the first step, staying focused on it until it is accomplished. The destination is always in the back of his/her mind and there is a feeling of control that is very comforting because s/he knows where s/he is headed. That driver has a pretty good idea about what is on the road ahead and has planned around information available at the time. That driver is aware of some bad weather but updates indicated that s/he could stay ahead of it and the risks were weighed. And of course, creative visualization is used to stay mentally focused on the destination ahead. A clear intention is made to arrive safely, along with an intention to tune in consciously to inner wisdom and guidance about the situation.

The other driver got an idea, said “Wow, I think that could work and I’m going to go talk my friend into helping me with this.” S/he jumps into the car and heads down the highway and out of town on what started as a beautiful sunny day full of high hopes and ideas.

Life is full of storms so when the big cloud rolls overhead, this driver stops in amazement and looks at it. The more s/he looks at it, the bigger and darker it looks. It becomes the focus and from there the question is asked, “What am I going to do now because those clouds look pretty big and dangerous?” So s/he stops dead in his/her tracks, stares at the ominous situation and wonders, “Why can’t I ever get ahead?”

I think it is helpful to get outside of yourself and observe your behavior at times. It can really answer a lot of your questions that are being asked in your head.

As long as your focus is in the future, seeing and feeling your vision, you won’t be spending time doing what causes a repeat of the past.

So if you want to manifest your desires, you have to know exactly what your focus is. Sometimes priorities change and that is ok and different than not knowing what your focus is.

For me, it is a daily routine of asking myself what my biggest priority is. Life happens and things change so I’ve learned to go with the flow if I have to change my focus. One thing I know for sure is that if I am trying to focus on a certain goal but my energy is being pulled in a different direction, I am associating negative energy with my goal.

So I may as well give my attention to what is on my mind so I can resolve it if necessary. Coherence is key. I only want to work on goals when I am in a peaceful state-a state where I am feeling emotions like peace and gratitude. That is the only way I can actually have a feeling of success in my physical body as I am holding my vision.

In my personal development coaching, vision is just one of the things I emphasize but it is very important. If you don’t create a vision to think about, your thoughts and energy are scattered. You must have laser beam focus so the quantum field knows what you are intending. It must understand what you are ordering and your feelings are the language that gives it power.

The secret weapon that works like magic is working with my internal visual screen to see how I physically feel. I watch movies of myself accomplishing the task but I do it in a way that I become aware of my true beliefs about my ability. I never try to force or ignore a feeling that isn’t conducive to success. Those are indicators of the subconscious programs that run and manifest more of whatever it is that you believe deep down.

I use a process that allows me to develop true belief. I don’t attempt to force a belief or convince myself of one that isn’t really there. You must truly believe to achieve and it must be so real in your mind that you feel it in your bones.

I have found that it makes all the difference in the world, especially with something like a goal to lose weight, if I keep my mind engaged and visualize the results I am after, especially when I am exercising or eating. Once again, it is important not to try to force good thoughts and feelings when they don’t come naturally. If negativity comes up, I take my mind off of my goal and focus on getting back to a state of coherence.

The more we learn about the state of affairs around the entire globe, the easier it would be to sink into a state of despair.  But I believe there is great hope for each of us because we can tune in to an inner feeling.

I have discovered that the ability to do that is like anything else.  When you acknowledge it and use it, it becomes stronger.  When you ignore it, it atrophies or remains dormant.

I make a point of asking for the Truth to be made known to me in all things.  When I saw this information on Dr. Mercola’s website, it rang true for me.

When I came to after my nde-after dying in a car wreck, one thing that made a lasting impression was the insignificance of so many things that I had made the center of my world.  I had been shown the big picture and my life seemed so petty.  My self talk involved constant chatter about what I should have done or shouldn’t have done.  There was nothing about the future and the good I wanted to do.  Whether I was using it intentionally or not, I was still using creative visualization every time I had something on my mind.

I was focused on a speck in time, stuck there and stoking a momentum that created nothing but more of the same.  I saw how big the whole picture was and how I was wasting so much of it with my blinders on that kept me narrowly focused.

Today I saw a video that brought back that same feeling of how enormous things really are. It was a reminder to me that we are but a speck in a vast universe that is bigger than anything we can imagine.  It reminded me that although we are a speck, we are a very important speck.   During my nde, I saw that everything I had ever done was registered and had impacted the bigger picture.  It was a reminder to keep my creative visualization on things that are important-like designing a better future instead of focusing on the things I want to change.

As this video shows, each speck plays its own unique part in the bigger picture.  I think it is our job to make our own little speck the most that it can be.  What I came to understand is that we do that by creating peace, harmony and love in our little piece of universal real estate that we call home.

This video helps me feel that we are all part of something big and beautiful.  When we all do upkeep on our own little energetic space, we are in harmony with something very powerful.

Wayne Dyer, The Secret, Lynne McTaggart, William Tiller and others talk about the power of intention. Most of the time you have to believe statistics someone shows you or you are faced with results that are subjective.  Although there are those of us who KNOW creating a clear intention has the power to materialize it, we don’t often get to see something tangible that validates that we played a part.

Well I have something to show you that is very real and tangible.

I have witnesses and my favorite one was the pharmacist who helped me choose some bandages. When I returned the next day for more and showed it to her, her shocked look said it all.  But she also added “Wow! That looks much better!”

I also have a friend who insisted on taking me to the emergency.  I said to him, ”I will make some calls and get some medical advice but I want to do my process on it overnight rather than sitting for hours in an emergency room.”

I have created a video as tastefully as possible by starting with the results and then showing a few seconds of what it looked like after the bleeding stopped. It’s not too gory at all but shows the line where it was cut. Just a little warning if you don’t want to see it.

But this is why I am able to accomplish the goals that I work on with my formula “Triangle Formula for Success.” We have incredible ability to create mental energy that works with the spiritual and creative forces of the Universe. The process I did with my mind to create the energy of healing is undeniable. There is no way that my finger would have healed in a week if I had not done that process.

You were born with the same ability and all you have to do is learn how to use it.  To me, the sad part is ignoring the gifts we have been given while enduring the drudgery of life.

I totally relate to comments from someone who says he is tired of all the websites with testimonials and guarantees.  He’s just looking for honesty.  That got some thoughts started about a “workaround” that I’d like to share. 

In my mind, a person is nothing without honesty and I model my life after that idea.  I may want to make real money online, but not without honesty and integrity. It’s true that some people will say just about anything without regard for the truth.  But all people aren’t like that and I think we can learn to sense the difference.  I get a feeling that warns me when there is a lack of integrity and everyone has that ability.

First you must learn to notice the feeling and then act on it.  Then you can begin to trust your inner wisdom to let you know when there is a need for caution.   

Someone close to me and in sales is the biggest skeptic I know.  He looks at everything as being a scam and sees most people as gullible.  I never understood that until I studied sales.  The “art” of sales is to cause the person to become emotionally involved with what you are saying.  People buy because of an emotional response.

But I see sales people as 2 distinct groups.  Some use techniques to get what they want-a sale.  Some website owners couldn’t care less, as long as they make real money online.  Their goal is to manipulate you into becoming putty in their hands where they mold you into the outcome they have in mind.

But then there is another group.  They have a heart that wants to serve.  They also want to make real money online but not at someone else’s expense.  They look for products and services that fulfill a need that have the win-win component. 

They use their training to convey the benefits of the products so you see the value it can add to your life.  They truly believe that your life will become better when you have the product they are selling.  They use their training to help you make the best decision.  They listen, they care and they honestly don’t JUST want to make money online.  They want to make a sale to someone who they believe will benefit from it and be happier because of it. 

There are telltale signs once you learn to pay attention to your feelings about things.  If you focus on the vision of what you have in mind and make it real in your imagination, it can really be fun to see how things come into your life.  But it has to be more than a passing thought.

I believe that when we create something from within, mentally and energetically, it’s like placing an order and we give it the chance to show up.  The more energy you put INTO it and away from what makes you unhappy, the sooner it will become reality.  If you focus on the problem and expect more of it, it will be a self-fulfilling prophesy.

And you can get really good at finding legitimate people to help you and ways to make real money online with integrity by tuning in to your inner wisdom.

It started earlier today when I discovered even more misinformation about the swine flu.  I’m convinced that the public is being manipulated so that money can be made from swine flu vaccinations instead of lost over the surplus supply.

And then I discovered this video of Gwen Olsen, a former pharmaceutical rep.  She saw firsthand, manipulation of facts, figures and marketing to convince doctors to buy and sell drugs, better known as prescribing drugs to their patients.  I’ll leave it to her to tell you more about it in the video below.

What gives me hope though, is my own life and the changes I have seen with vibrational medicine.  I found a way to create a state of coherence so my immune system can do the job it was designed to do-keep me healthy.  In that state of peace and calm, not only does my body function as intended but I also feel the connection to my inner wisdom.  It allows me to become aware of feelings or intuition that tell me I should or should not do something.  Following those intuitive feelings can lead you to everything from greater health to more wealth.

There is a great power within that we should all be listening to instead of looking outward to those who obviously don’t have our best interest in mind.

I do need to make the point that I believe I get the results I do because I take three areas into account that work together to create the whole.  I generally see frustrated clients who have focused solely on a particular thing, like mind movies, visualization, goal boards, or some type of vibrational healing or energy work and see that as the solution that will cause everything to become as they would like it to be.

I use vibrational medicine as a tool, along with many other things to support my intention or goal.  I think in terms of vibrational healing for all vibrations that aren’t resonating a state of coherence.  From that state, the vision I hold and the mental work I do becomes very powerful!

Many people’s lives are full of fear and fear is energy.  It is energy that fills in the template you create for your goal.  If fear is directed into the template, fear will be a part of it.  That is why it is important to be in a state of coherence, not fear, when thinking about your goal or when trying to support someone else in their dreams.

I will be a little vague with my example and want to remind you about the importance of guarding your goals, life’s dreams, or intentions from anyone that could possibly corrupt it with negative or fearful thoughts about it.

So here is what recently happened.  I began to notice some frustration and doubts about something I have been working on with the intention of helping some individuals.  It began to spread over into other areas and affect my mood and energy because I was putting a lot of my time and energy into it.  I wondered how it played into my overall goal and if I needed to shift something.  I knew it was time to use my Triangle Formula for Success.

So I began to work with my thoughts, feelings and inner sight, my mind’s eye, along with asking for guidance and direction.  I identified the feelings I was experiencing and created an intention that they would shift to feelings of love, faith, expectation of good, and gratitude as if it had already happened.  I created the intention to experience feelings of support and guidance from the Creator and my “spiritual team” that is assigned to assist me.

I used several forms of vibrational medicine that I believe helps me create the energy I look for as I drift off to sleep with my intention on my mind.  I use the energy from my hands and also listen to some kind of recording that helps me create the vibration I am looking for.  I visualize the White Light around me and feel as if I am one with it.  And at some point, I fall asleep doing these things.

The way I wake up at times is pretty amazing.  It feels as if someone has touched me to wake me up so I will become aware of my dream.  Other times, the memory of the dream pops into my mind later in the day.

In this particular case, I was awakened to consciously register a dream that was a clear indication of how I was wasting my time and getting off track.  Later in the day, another dream popped in as I was running water in the kitchen and looking out my window.  It usually happens during a mindless activity like that.

This one carried a similar message.  I was trying to help someone who was out by herself in a potentially dangerous situation without a car.  She had her mind set and didn’t accept the help I was offering.

The message was very clear through both of those dreams.  I’m not making the best use of my time and energy.  The message can’t really be explained to someone else.  You just get it in your heart and know its meaning.

My messages get through to me because I shoot for vibrational healing, going to the source of whatever feeling is taking me from coherence and causing the fight or flight reaction.  Then I engage my mind and emotions in a way that is conducive to guidance for success.

This is why I say that my process works for me every time.  You can’t go wrong when you tap into your inner wisdom and then follow the inner guidance that is felt in your heart.  And I know that anyone and everyone can do that and that you will have the same type of experiences that I have.  If you know my story, you know that I had a lot of anger inside and was very much out of touch with these abilities in my younger years.  They are skills that anyone can learn and there is a simple formula that you can use to take charge of your future. 

I went through a lot of hard knocks before I got it figured out but now I relate to life differently because I know the power of my thoughts and beliefs.  I have learned that I will find myself actually living it when I use a process that begins with creating it first in my mind.  The results are fascinating!

Scientists must prove and measure things in order to say it has a scientific basis. The only thing that exists in their world is something that can be calculated. They would call the results I get “nonsense.”

I create an intention and see things materialize as soon as I am capable of focusing my attention on it while experiencing a specific feeling that comes from belief and faith. When I can’t get the feelings right, I simply focus on vibrational healing and take my mind off of my goal. My focus is to clear any vibration that falls in the fear category and then create the vibration of success for my goal. That process is effortless with the use of vibrational medicine.

I work with my goals in a much different way than most people. Everything becomes about vibrational healing. I identify a healthy vibration, a feeling that releases healthy life giving chemicals into my bloodstream. Next I work on associating those feelings with my vision and thoughts.

I prep my brain with visualization exercises and use creative visualization to build a scene that represents success with my goal. I consider my mind to be a workshop where I construct my new reality visually and then I work on attaching the appropriate feelings of faith, belief and expectation to it through my thoughts.

And that is where the roadblock comes in for most people who can’t seem to get where they want to go.

When you understand how powerful memories are, you understand that life becomes about associations with the past. The past is referenced to tell your brain whether to protect you from harm or if the situation is safe. That is why the past is repeated so often and things don’t change. You must train your brain to think differently and see your new life. If you aren’t proactive with your thoughts, your old momentums simply repeat.

Focused mental energy is so powerful and repetitive thoughts and associations strengthen the neural pathways in the brain, making them stronger. It’s important not to take thoughts lightly and to plan them intentionally.
