Why do I need Success Coaching?

You may not, but these questions may help you answer you own question:

  • Do you have unopened packages or books and programs that you were excited about but have barely touched?
  • Does life seem continually chaotic and as if you will never get around to changing things that are important to you?
  • Would someone who could figure out a plan of action for you for the week that is simple to do and requires very little energy draining thought and extra time be be helpful?
  • What if someone could walk you through some exercises that put things on autopilot and traveling in the right direction?  Would that be beneficial?
  • Looking at your life up to this point, do you accomplish things on your own or do you do better with support and guidance?  Do you appreciate it coming from someone with a lot of experience with changing challenging situations-in being able to change old patterns and the momentum that caused the past to repeat?

I believe that the best and most cost effective way to get started is with Triangle Formula for Success.  It is a foundational program that gives structure to working with goals.  If you realize the benefits of energy work and want to use it when working on goals to clear limiting beliefs, this program will work with any energy work modality.  After listening to the program, you can always add coaching if you feel that extra support and guidance would help you move forward more rapidly.

SMALL GROUP COACHING:

Small Group Coaching by phone is a very affordable way to get personal coaching time without the expense of individual personal coaching.  Up to 4 people may be in that session and each person will have 20 minutes to work with me.  It may also work out that you are the only one signed up for that time slot.  A 20 minute session is not suggested unless you have my coaching program Triangle Formula for Success or have worked with me in the past.  When you have a basic understanding of the process I use, you will receive much greater benefits.  Otherwise, I spend the time explaining things and that uses up your time.

ENERGY WORK

Through experience, I have developed a pretty strong opinion that the best way to improve anything about your life is to do it with TFS or Triangle Formula for Success-Thoughts, Feelings and Sight.  I use that as a foundational process and then add energy work as a tool to help align any area that needs vibrational healing.  When you resonate healthy balanced energy and focus it with intention, any goal can manifest, including goals for your health.

So as a general rule, I normally don’t just do energy work with clients although there are always exceptions.
