It started earlier today when I discovered even more misinformation about the swine flu.  I’m convinced that the public is being manipulated so that money can be made from swine flu vaccinations instead of lost over the surplus supply.

And then I discovered this video of Gwen Olsen, a former pharmaceutical rep.  She saw firsthand, manipulation of facts, figures and marketing to convince doctors to buy and sell drugs, better known as prescribing drugs to their patients.  I’ll leave it to her to tell you more about it in the video below.

What gives me hope though, is my own life and the changes I have seen with vibrational medicine.  I found a way to create a state of coherence so my immune system can do the job it was designed to do-keep me healthy.  In that state of peace and calm, not only does my body function as intended but I also feel the connection to my inner wisdom.  It allows me to become aware of feelings or intuition that tell me I should or should not do something.  Following those intuitive feelings can lead you to everything from greater health to more wealth.

There is a great power within that we should all be listening to instead of looking outward to those who obviously don’t have our best interest in mind.

Intuition isn’t some weird phenomenon experienced by psychics.  It is a normal function of the human system and serves a purpose.  It is a feeling that we experience that attempts to guide us toward or away from situations.  You hear people say all the time, “I just had a feeling about it.”

I visited my mom recently and was thrilled that she agreed to let me record her as she told the story I heard for the first time as a child.  It was a defining moment in my life and set the direction my life would take from that point on. 

Some people’s intuition is more developed but anyone can develop it.  We all use it without knowing it.

The Institute of Heartmath does some fascinating research.  In one study, as they monitored the physiological reaction to seeing a distressing image, they discovered that the technology registered a physiological reaction 5-7 seconds before the person actually saw the image.  Intuitively, they knew what was coming.

We are not just a physical body and the non-physical aspect to each one of us has access to invaluable information that can be used to improve life.

Intuition can be developed and heightened with use in anyone who has an interest in doing so.  That’s pretty exciting!

I thought I would share a little bit about how stress affects finances and what we can all do to turn things around.

There is a great money making tip that can be learned from a study done by The University of Arizona that monitored the brains of golfers during competition.  The results showed that those who were at the top of their game had more RIGHT brain activity and those who didn’t do as well had more left brain activity.

The left brain has to do with critical and analytical thinking.  Golfers who are thinking about every move and trying to be sure they are doing everything right have left brain activity.  The study showed that they don’t score as well as those who had more RIGHT brain activity.  In the world of professional golf, that translates to “Left brain thinkers don’t make as much money.”  They aren’t the ones who are winning at their game.

The RIGHT brain is active in athletes who are “in the zone.”  They are at peace because they know the components are in place.  They have a good foundation that was built during hours of practice-teaching their body what to do.  They don’t need to think about things because there is a bodily process that is in place. 

Being at peace and knowing they can rely on the foundation that has been built through their practice allows their left brain to take a break while their right brain stays engaged.  There are some almost magical things that happen that lead to greater success when a certain kind of mental focus and creative visualization is used.  That means feeling at peace while at the same time experiencing strong positive emotions and picturing success. 

What does that have to do with you and your bottom line?

We are learning some amazing things about the power of the mind that can help you attain your financial goals.  But just like an athlete needs to have a bodily process established for the flow of desired results, you need a system that is in place that allows you to be at peace about your finances.

Put a plan down on paper so you are clear about where you stand and where you are going.  Then do some of the practices I write about like using creative visualization and practicing visualization techniques and exercises.  Do personal goal setting that includes visualizing the end result and feeling grateful that things are in the process of working out.  Then relax and go with the flow as you make an effort to be aware of opportunities that come your way. 

It may not be the easiest thing to do right now with the mass consciousness of fear weighing so heavily, but I do believe we can create a different reality if we stay focused on it.  Just take a small bite at first and keep focusing on the idea that things are on their way to improving.

Refuse to allow fear to be a part of your thoughts as soon as you realize that it is.   As more people practice creative visualization and focus on the positive with appreciation for something everyday, we can turn around the negative mass consciousness by contributing positive energy.

I personally was never able to consistently control my negative thoughts, feelings and actions until I discovered energy work or energy medicine.  When I added that to my process of using visualization techniques, my life changed dramatically.

Do you understand how powerful you really are and that there is a lot more going on than what you see physically? Your thoughts and beliefs play a major role in determining what your life’s experiences will be.

Not only do we each contribute our own energy which carries information to the universe but we also receive information. Every human has an intuitive ability but in most people it lies dormant. Animals have it and rely on it for survival. Most humans don’t take advantage of the guidance that is whispered from their hearts. But it is there in all of us and can be developed.

Have you ever known something before it happened?

I’ll never forget the day my Mom told me her story. I was just a little girl but it made a lasting impression on me. I was standing in the kitchen spellbound, listening to her tell me about her sister who had been at home very sick.

Mom had been with her friends and suddenly, as she was standing in line in a grocery store, she dropped everything, knowing she had to get to her sister. She ran home, arriving just about the time her twin sister passed away.

“How did she know?” was a question that I asked myself and my Mom over and over again. My Mom’s only answer was “I don’t know how but I just knew.”

It just didn’t make sense to me. There was no obvious line of communication yet somehow she knew. That could only mean that there has to be an invisible way that we communicate with each other.

Years later, I realized that although it is called by many names, the universe is made up of energy that responds to thoughts and intentions. It responds as if it has intelligence. There are many indications that science and religion are not separate. They do not have a different set of principles or laws under which they abide. I would have to agree with the words of Albert Einstein who said “Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.”

There is an intelligent force that is a part of everything in existence, including every human being. It can be called by many names but it is a spiritual energy and it responds to human emotion and intention.

There are many mysteries to be explored.

I heard an argument today from someone who was blasting a major study that is being done to learn more about string theory. String theory says that particles aren’t the smallest unit of measurement. It says that physical matter is made of strings of energy.

It always amazes me that there is research out there to show that thoughts, intentions, feelings and emotions, which can’t be seen, have an impact on everything from our DNA to water crystals to plants. Why don’t a great number of scientists want to allow their colleagues to learn more about it and make new discoveries that could help solve the planet’s problems?

I understand that there is a protocol that must be followed by scientists but it is time to open up to new theories that could explain the things that just don’t make sense when looking only at conventional science. I want to know why The Law of Attraction works as it does. I want more people to understand what it is really about so they begin to use the principles behind it to improve their lives.

I know that there are two sides to any argument and I appreciate hearing both sides but my pet peeve is that the “other side” of this particular issue usually comes in the form of closed minded ridicule or denial when there are plenty of studies that indicate how important human emotions are and the impact they have on everything from health to success with goals.

Throughout my life, any time I have devoted the appropriate amount of energy to change something about my life, it has changed. Does it happen just because on a whim I think about something for a few seconds? Absolutely not. But it does happen when I think about it enough and create a certain type of energy as I am focusing my attention on it. Sometimes it literally happens overnight, sometimes manifesting the dream takes longer. But one thing I know is that if I can create an intention, see it and feel strong emotions that would be associated with it if it were real, it becomes real. Sometimes it has taken me years to change my core beliefs so I can feel the necessary feelings but when I get the feelings right, there is no stopping it. I have seen over and over that “There is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come” to quote Victor Hugo.

Does that sound crazy? I would have to say yes it does. But I also know that it isn’t because of coincidence. When my intention manifests and becomes my reality, it is always because I was able to maintain certain feelings, emotions and a level of clarity with my intention. So how can that be if we live in a physical world and the world of quantum physics in non existent or has no relevance?

My reality has changed numerous times according to my intention and the energy I put into it and I don’t mean only with little insignificant things but with things like houses, cars, jobs, income or the exact solution to a problem. It literally feels like the solution or the goal just falls into my lap.

I personally am glad that someone chose to gripe about this story that is making the news. I may have missed it otherwise. Reading it made me very excited about this new frontier that is being explored.

When I was a little kid my Mom told me a true story that changed the course of my life. I was obsessed with horses and up until that day, I dreamt of becoming a veterinarian. But then she told me about the day her twin sister died. Mom was at the store with friends and was suddenly hit with the idea that she HAD to get home to her sister. My Mom is like a lot of people in that she really didn’t need to understand it. It happened and that was the end of it. But I HAD to know. It had to mean that information was available through a means that was not seen by human eyes.I began a search that has led to a completely different understanding about the way life works. And best of all, there is much scientific evidence surfacing from all around the world that indicates that there really is more to life than what meets the eye.

When you gather many little pieces of information from research that has been spread out all over the world, it can’t be denied. We are very powerful and have the ability to change the things we aren’t happy about. Sadly, many people prefer to stay within their comfort zone, ignoring that which could be the very solution they long for when they helplessly think of careers, finances, relationships and health.

The foundation of every single thing we see with our physical eyes begins in a realm that goes undetected by the physical eyes. We are closely tied to a realm where energy plays by different rules than those that have been discovered by scientists of the past. They were limited by the technology available at the time as they were establishing theories that are the basis for the way nature works. But today, with the advantages of sophisticated technology, there is every reason to believe that there is a web of energy that connects everything in the universe.

Nothing is separate and unto itself. It is in that realm that thoughts, beliefs, feelings and intentions play a powerful role in creating what we find on the stage we call life. Heartfelt beliefs and expectations determine what the experience will be. We simply go through life acting out our roles according to the perceptions we have formed by life’s previous experiences. How we feel about life and all of our experiences is what continues to create more of the same. If you want to change something in your life, you must change how you think about it; what you truly believe about it because your thoughts and beliefs create feelings and studies show that your feelings change the elements of nature.
