For now, let’s just look at the idea that when any repeatable process shows something that is different than what we accept as fact, we should open our minds and re-examine what we have accepted.

I love Dr. Bruce Lipton’s viewpoints and work.  He is the author of “The Biology of Belief.”  During his presentations, he explains his background and what caused him to walk out of a tenured professor’s position at The University of Wisconsin.  He gives a perfect example of the type of behavior I can’t even fathom.  He was doing research on the cloning of stem cells back in the 1980s.  The results he got were contrary to the current accepted scientific beliefs.  His colleagues called him a heretic and dismissed the information. 

His research caused great discomfort.  He discovered that genes do not hold the importance that is given them for determining future outcomes of health in particular. 

Dr Lipton had taken the cloned cells that were exactly the same and put them in three different mediums.  They each grew as something totally different even though they were identical genetically.  The only factor was the environment the cells were in.  He saw that the environment that the cells are exposed to is what determines the outcome.  If you get that, it is HUGE! 

It could be that I’m not intelligent enough to understand scientists who would label a colleague a heretic but I am a very practical person.  When 2+2 doesn’t add up to 4, I realize that something isn’t right. 

My experience has also shown me that my thoughts, the way I perceive something influences what shows up in my world.  I have been able to drastically change situations by creating a mental scene and living it in my mind so strongly that something shifts and it begins to seem real.  Then, either the pieces begin falling into place or I suddenly have a dramatic change that finds me living something very close to what I had been feeling and viewing.  If you signed up for my Peace of Success Newsletter, you have received many examples from my past and the examples continue today.  I wish I knew exactly why that happens but I have figured how to make it happen.

We have a great amount of control over what we experience in life and a great part of that starts with thoughts that create feelings.  Thoughts start a chain reaction that influences everything within the body chemically and then sends a measurable energy out from the body. 

We can do things that will change the environment that surrounds us and it has a lot to do with our feelings or emotions.  We don’t have total control but we certainly do NOT have to be victims of our circumstances and flow with whatever life throws at us. 

Make a choice to learn or hone the skills that allow you to determine the direction of your life and to experience the changes you see in your mind’s eye.  See it, believe it and feel it-a process that creates the energy of it when done properly and your life cannot possibly remain the same.

Well I think their title says it all.  They are called
“critics.”  They are paid to look at things with a critical
eye and criticize things.  Most people don’t really
understand what is referred to as “The Law of Attraction.” 

The Law of Attraction is really a spiritual principle that
evokes a “knowingness” that can’t be explained as a
connection is made that isn’t totally understood.  There is
clarity of purpose, an intention to acquire an end result.
There is a process that is going on and sometimes it is
subconscious and sometimes they are focusing on things
consciously. 

Sometimes things do flow quite smoothly and suddenly
something appears that you have desired.  But most often,
opportunities appear and the “attractor” seizes them and
follows the stepping stones that lead to the end result.  I
would imagine that Rhonda Byrne put a lot of energy and
effort in producing the movie and book.  I don’t believe it
happened while she was poolside with a drink in her hand
although I’m not saying that is absolutely impossible
either.  Just the same, her dream became her reality. 

I don’t know of anyone who feels like they are in total
control of everything that happens in their life and that
everything happens effortlessly, just because a thought
came to them.  My take is that if a person is focused on
others and pointing blame and criticizing a person for
their lot in life, the person doing the blaming isn’t at a
place in their own life where they are getting the end
results they are looking for.  The “blamers” aren’t the
ones that have The Law of Attraction” working in their favor.

The best advice I could give to anyone right now is to turn off the news.  Unless it is necessary because of your job or a similar reason that makes you dependent on hearing the latest bad news or constant repetition of the bleak outlook, just turn it off!

I have a pretty good track record as far as manifestation goes.  I have devoted years of my life to the study of success principles and developing skills that I know are important in order to manifest desires.

I absolutely believe that I am co-creating my life every day.  There are entirely too many “coincidences” that happened just as I envisioned and expected.  And I mean things that happened in a magical surreal way.  One day I was living a new reality in my mind to the point that it felt real and as if it had already happened and seemingly out of nowhere, something would happen and it became real.  My stories are endless.

So what do you think we are co-creating as so many people have a sense of doom and gloom?  As I attempt to hold a different vision than what appears to be going on, I am bombarded by many people saying something negative to me about how hopeless things are.  Today, in the middle of the day, I felt myself being dragged down into that negative energy.  At a time like that, you have to show what you are made of.  You have to stop the thought patterns and fear energy by using any technique that works for you but stop it you must.

Each one of us who understands The Law of Attraction must continue to visualize life as we want it to be and slam our fist down and say “NO!” when we find ourselves visualizing anything less than that.  All possibilities still exist and faith and focus can cause that vision to happen. 

Whether you do it online or at live events, align yourself with those who dare to take charge of where their energy flows.  There is strength in numbers and powerful things happen with a very small number of people focused on a positive plan.  I do my best to join in prayer, mediation or visualization with any group who is sharing and combining their energy to create more peace and love regardless of whether I share all of their beliefs.  James and Salle Redfield lead a bi-weekly group that gets together and focuses on sending healing energy to others and I have had some powerful experiences taking part in their calls.

All they need to understand is that it isn’t about blame.  It is about searching out peace of mind and developing skills that then allow you to co-create a different lifestyle.  It’s also about loving others into a better reality-not beating them down with finger pointing.

Thanks to George, we get to see a perfect example of someone with baggage. I hope he won’t mind if I paraphrase him. What he is really saying is that he plans on keeping his baggage until the day he dies. He is saying he refuses to change and that he is locked into his decision. He will focus on the past and dwell on those thoughts if a situation ever arises that makes him feel threatened. He is saying that he will keep that old momentum going rather than looking at changes he can make to bring more peace and happiness to himself and others.

Now here are a few points that I would like to make with respect to things I have learned about the way life works.

We attract situations into our lives and they are opportunities for growth and/or opportunities to share like energy with others. Other people come with a great gift. They stand before us as a mirror. We get agitated by them about things that are a part of our own consciousness but that we do not see in ourselves.

If you find people in your life who won’t forgive others, look at your own life and discover what it is that you feel can’t be forgiven. If you find greedy selfish people in your life, look at your own life for areas where you put yourself first. If you find people in your life who are critical of others, look at your own life for negative self talk about yourself or others. This is another example of the Law of Attraction in action.

I think that people who say never are unrealistic and usually are acting out of pain.

Have you ever done something that you have said you would never do again? Things change. People change. Circumstances change. The one thing you can pretty much count on is that nothing stays the same forever.

So the thing that I think is a wise thing to do is to look inside yourself for the experiences that make you uncomfortable. See if there is something you could have done differently if you don’t like the way it turned out. Don’t run from something because of previous pain. If you don’t have interest in something, that’s fine. Not everyone wants to be married. But that is very different from saying I will never get married because of something from the past.

I would have to go back to my near death experience and what I learned from it. As I wrote earlier in my article about my car wreck, I was not judged as I watched my life review. It was mostly full of things that I considered to be mistakes, things I wished I had done differently, yet I was not judged. God, or what appeared to me as a beautiful Being of Light, showed me my life and surrounded me with Unconditional Love. I understood from that, that we are to treat each other as I was treated during that experience. I was shown the power of love and was allowed to experience it. Even though I was expecting punishment for the things I had done, I felt only love.

Over time, I learned that to actually feel the energy of love and visualize that powerful energy surrounding a situation really does have the power to change it. I have done it many, many times. That is not the same as being passive or ignoring a situation. I’m talking about using your heart and creating strong powerful energy that has the potential to make a huge impact that is directly proportional to the number of people involved.

Because I have witnessed this power so often, I don’t believe anyone should stand back and point a finger at someone else, no matter how destructive what they are pointing at is. That only flames the fire instead of eliminating it.

I believe each one of us contributes to what is going on in the world by the kind of energy that we contribute each and every day. Every time we judge or get angry or vengeful or spiteful, we contribute that energy to the universe. By the same token, every time we feel love for someone or something, do an act of kindness or express gratitude, we contribute that kind of energy. We are learning from studies involving quantum physics, that we are all entangled. There is no us and them. As a planet, we rise up together or we fall down together and each of us contributes to the outcome by how we feel about life.

Sharon Stone was quoted in an MSN article entitled “Sharon Stone: Was China quake `bad karma?’” on MSN’s website as saying:  “I’m not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else,” Stone said Thursday during a Cannes Film Festival red-carpet interview with Hong Kong’s Cable Entertainment News. “And then this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma? When you’re not nice that the bad things happen to you?”

Reportedly, she had made the comments during an interview with Hong Kong’s Cable Entertainment News.

I don’t want to pass judgment on Sharon or anyone else but I do have thoughts on the subject.
It seems to me that if you follow that line of thinking, then you also have to take your thoughts to the same place when your child gets sick or falls down or has any unpleasant experience. Has your child done something bad? Have you? When there is a flood or tornado, have all of the people involved been bad? It seems to me that a comment like the one made encourages people to place blame rather than doing something positive to create more good in the world.

If you take the stance of placing blame, doesn’t that take you away from a feeling of love-the higher form of energy that has the potential to heal? You can’t create opposite frequencies of energy at once. As studies show, such as those done by the Institute of HeartMath on heart coherence, your emotions create a measurable energy that is either chaotic from negative emotions or coherent and ordered from positive emotions. You make a choice to be part of the problem or part of the solution with your emotions.

If you have, then I hope you are beginning to do your part to feel love as often as possible so you are emitting it to the world and not the lower energies that come from feelings of fear i.e. anger, revenge, frustration, hatred.

Positive emotions build up, negative emotions break down. Making comments that cause more dissention does little good. At least that’s the way I see it.
