Years ago I did a lot of singing and guitar playing.  “You Needed Me” sung by Anne Murray was a frequent request.  I hadn’t heard or sung the song for years.  I received a notice from someone through YouTube, went to his channel and saw the video above.  I played it and light-heartedly launched into song as it instantly brought back thoughts of one of the greatest memories I have.  I was at an event and then invited onstage to sing some Anne Murray songs.  That period of my life was full of great friendships, financial abundance and many good times.

As I sung along, my physical body re-experienced the positive emotions of that time and I used the experience to create new associations between those physical feelings and a new rather lofty goal I am working on.  (One I am “tricking” my brain into believing is my present reality.)

I was able to maintain positive feelings from the memory as I thought about feeling that way again with my newest goal attainment. (The one that hasn’t happened yet but that I am working on.)

To say it a different way, what I am attempting to do is to make the new goal seem very real in my mind while I am feeling very strong positive emotions that are actually strong enough to create a physical expression.  They aren’t just thoughts in my head.  I use my thoughts to create physical feelings.

If I would not have been able to maintain the positive feelings as I sang along and projected it into the present goal, I would not have tried to force it.  That is when I would have ended any thought about my present goal and just focused on feeling good as re-lived the memory. If I lost the good physical feelings all together, noticing a shift in my physical body caused by the activation of negative feelings from cellular memories, I would have stopped listening to the song and made vibrational healing a priority. I would do energy work to eliminate the source of the doubt or negativity I was feeling.

I think I found a way to illustrate the problem if you aren’t able to manifest your desires and don’t know why.  You’ll see how alpha mind power can help you or hurt you if you’re not paying attention to it.  Hopefully you will really “get” it.  Taking this into account can change everything.  You’ll see the importance of knowing what’s really happening when you think about your goals.

If you are struggling with anything in life, I hope you will give this the thought it deserves. It is a critical missing piece for personal goal setting and attainment.

Hopefully you understand that everything physical is energy and appears as it does due to its frequency. And it goes without saying that you are also energy. So lets walk down a path of logic assuming that you are familiar with some of the new scientific discoveries about energy-that humans emit light and frequencies that can be measured, and that different emotions cause a reaction in the body that creates different frequencies of energy.

We now also know that we are all energetically connected in the quantum field where there is also no time or space. It is now accepted fact that Quantum Physics plays by different rules than Newtonian Physics that we learned about in school. And yet, we still mostly think in terms of physical objects and rely on scientific theories that can’t explain why things happen that defy Newtonian Physics.

Credible scientists have scientific studies, meaning measurable and repeatable studies, that show plenty of evidence that thoughts, beliefs and intentions cause an effect in the physical world. Yet most people continue to ignore the first place they should look when they want to create change.

That place is in their mental workshop where construction is happening 24 hours a day.

The logical question is to ask what you think, feel and see internally when you put your focus on whatever it is that you want to change. That is what determines the frequencies you emit. So what is the logical conclusion if you are creating negative frequencies when thinking about your goal?

What you resonate out is what you will connect with and find more of in your life. You have to change what resonates from each of the areas that are active when you think about your goal.

If you’re into the Law of Attraction or The Secret, this idea isn’t anything new. But knowing it isn’t doing it. The point becomes whether or not you are following a formula or process that will change what you desire to change. I find that most people are doing some or most of what is necessary but if one little piece is left out, you will continue resonating a frequency that doesn’t match the one necessary to manifest your desires.

Although I’m not suggesting them (unless your budget allows you to buy extra toys that are fun to play with), there are many different software programs that will give you feedback about your level of coherence or indicate to you if your body is in a physically relaxed state.  It’s important that you actually take action to change things and not just learn about them and observe them with feedback tools.  Too many people stop there and never change things so life is happier and more fulfilling.

I’m doing this to illustrate a point but I don’t want you to become distracted by the tool and make a common mistake of going down a rabbit trail.   Your life will change when you find and change the source of the problem that keeps you from being able to believe your dream is possible.

Below are images that show my level of coherence during two different situations I was thinking about. Ideally, I want to see smooth even patterns with high peaks such as in the top image. In that image, the program was showing that I was at a level of 100% coherence.

For the sake of comparison, I thought of a dream of mine that I felt 100% positive about accomplishing. I was able to stay in a coherent state for the full 2 minutes as I thought about my goal and felt gratitude for it because I knew in my heart that it was becoming my reality. That is a goal that was easily accomplished by me.

I attempted to feel the same way for 2 minutes as I thought about a challenging goal that I am working on. Instead I felt disbelief, doubt and fear.  I normally wouldn’t continue the feeling for 2 minutes once I recognized it but I allowed it for the sake of this illustration.I could feel my body go into a state of stress as I felt fear that it wouldn’t happen and very subtle negative thoughts came to my mind.

(This graph below was from a goal that has not yet manifested but it will if I continue using my Triangle Formula for Success process consistently. If this goal is important enough, I will. But I must find and then change something in my thoughts, feelings or sight (images) that activates stress when it comes to mind.)

Can you see the difference in the frequencies of energy? The top graph is what I strive for. I don’t normally use software because I can gauge what is going on by paying attention to what I am feeling in my physical body. I look for tension, a feeling in the pit of my stomach or maybe shallow breathing and increased heartbeat. Those are signs that my body is feeling stress.

Only when I can create that coherent pattern of energy that happens when I am able to stay relaxed will I allow myself to think about my goal. The bottom graph indicates what happens when there are feelings and internal beliefs that must be changed. I work on each of the components and use the techniques in Triangle Formula for Success until I am able to resonate a consistent frequency that spells success with manifesting my desire.

It’s not about the software. Don’t think you need expensive software to work on your goals. I play with it at times for illustrations and to make a point but it’s a toy, not a necessity. I say this because it is typical behavior to run and buy something that makes you feel like you are doing something. The software is a toy and can confirm what you already know-you’re not euphoric when you think about your goal. You can’t see it as becoming your reality and truly believe it without activating stress. You feel some apprehension about it actually happening.

In other words, you’re not attaining your goal because you feel stress when you think about it and see it in your Mind’s Eye.  You’re not able to feel belief and gratitude as you envision it as your reality.

When I discover that I just can’t seem to get my thoughts, feelings and images that come to mind into focus with faith, belief and expectation of success, I know I have work to do. Then it becomes all about using simple techniques and tricks to find and shift them.

The bottom line is that you must be the one who controls what you put in your mind.  You can trick your brain into believing something is your reality and before you know it, it is.  It always feels magical to me the way things just show up.

When I came to after my nde-after dying in a car wreck, one thing that made a lasting impression was the insignificance of so many things that I had made the center of my world.  I had been shown the big picture and my life seemed so petty.  My self talk involved constant chatter about what I should have done or shouldn’t have done.  There was nothing about the future and the good I wanted to do.  Whether I was using it intentionally or not, I was still using creative visualization every time I had something on my mind.

I was focused on a speck in time, stuck there and stoking a momentum that created nothing but more of the same.  I saw how big the whole picture was and how I was wasting so much of it with my blinders on that kept me narrowly focused.

Today I saw a video that brought back that same feeling of how enormous things really are. It was a reminder to me that we are but a speck in a vast universe that is bigger than anything we can imagine.  It reminded me that although we are a speck, we are a very important speck.   During my nde, I saw that everything I had ever done was registered and had impacted the bigger picture.  It was a reminder to keep my creative visualization on things that are important-like designing a better future instead of focusing on the things I want to change.

As this video shows, each speck plays its own unique part in the bigger picture.  I think it is our job to make our own little speck the most that it can be.  What I came to understand is that we do that by creating peace, harmony and love in our little piece of universal real estate that we call home.

This video helps me feel that we are all part of something big and beautiful.  When we all do upkeep on our own little energetic space, we are in harmony with something very powerful.

Well I have something to show you that is very real and tangible.

I have witnesses and my favorite one was the pharmacist who helped me choose some bandages. When I returned the next day for more and showed it to her, her shocked look said it all.  But she also added “Wow! That looks much better!”

I also have a friend who insisted on taking me to the emergency.  I said to him, ”I will make some calls and get some medical advice but I want to do my process on it overnight rather than sitting for hours in an emergency room.”

I have created a video as tastefully as possible by starting with the results and then showing a few seconds of what it looked like after the bleeding stopped. It’s not too gory at all but shows the line where it was cut. Just a little warning if you don’t want to see it.

But this is why I am able to accomplish the goals that I work on with my formula “Triangle Formula for Success.” We have incredible ability to create mental energy that works with the spiritual and creative forces of the Universe. The process I did with my mind to create the energy of healing is undeniable. There is no way that my finger would have looked the way it did in a week if I had not used light energy healing.

You were born with the same ability and all you have to do is learn how to use it.  To me, the sad part is ignoring the gifts we have been given while enduring the drudgery of life.

I do need to make the point that I believe I get the results I do because I take three areas into account that work together to create the whole.  I generally see frustrated clients who have focused solely on a particular thing, like mind movies, visualization, goal boards, or some type of vibrational healing or energy work and see that as the solution that will cause everything to become as they would like it to be.

I use vibrational medicine as a tool, along with many other things to support my intention or goal.  I think in terms of vibrational healing for all vibrations that aren’t resonating a state of coherence.  From that state, the vision I hold and the mental work I do becomes very powerful!

Many people’s lives are full of fear and fear is energy.  It is energy that fills in the template you create for your goal.  If fear is directed into the template, fear will be a part of it.  That is why it is important to be in a state of coherence, not fear, when thinking about your goal or when trying to support someone else in their dreams.

I will be a little vague with my example and want to remind you about the importance of guarding your goals, life’s dreams, or intentions from anyone that could possibly corrupt it with negative or fearful thoughts about it.

So here is what recently happened.  I began to notice some frustration and doubts about something I have been working on with the intention of helping some individuals.  It began to spread over into other areas and affect my mood and energy because I was putting a lot of my time and energy into it.  I wondered how it played into my overall goal and if I needed to shift something.  I knew it was time to use my Triangle Formula for Success.

So I began to work with my thoughts, feelings and inner sight, my mind’s eye, along with asking for guidance and direction.  I identified the feelings I was experiencing and created an intention that they would shift to feelings of love, faith, expectation of good, and gratitude as if it had already happened.  I created the intention to experience feelings of support and guidance from the Creator and my “spiritual team” that is assigned to assist me.

I used several forms of vibrational medicine that I believe helps me create the energy I look for as I drift off to sleep with my intention on my mind.  I use the energy from my hands and also listen to some kind of recording that helps me create the vibration I am looking for.  I visualize the White Light around me and feel as if I am one with it.  And at some point, I fall asleep doing these things.

The way I wake up at times is pretty amazing.  It feels as if someone has touched me to wake me up so I will become aware of my dream.  Other times, the memory of the dream pops into my mind later in the day.

In this particular case, I was awakened to consciously register a dream that was a clear indication of how I was wasting my time and getting off track.  Later in the day, another dream popped in as I was running water in the kitchen and looking out my window.  It usually happens during a mindless activity like that.

This one carried a similar message.  I was trying to help someone who was out by herself in a potentially dangerous situation without a car.  She had her mind set and didn’t accept the help I was offering.

The message was very clear through both of those dreams.  I’m not making the best use of my time and energy.  The message can’t really be explained to someone else.  You just get it in your heart and know its meaning.

My messages get through to me because I shoot for vibrational healing, going to the source of whatever feeling is taking me from coherence and causing the fight or flight reaction.  Then I engage my mind and emotions in a way that is conducive to guidance for success.

This is why I say that my process works for me every time.  You can’t go wrong when you tap into your inner wisdom and then follow the inner guidance that is felt in your heart.  And I know that anyone and everyone can do that and that you will have the same type of experiences that I have.  If you know my story, you know that I had a lot of anger inside and was very much out of touch with these abilities in my younger years.  They are skills that anyone can learn and I offer many success coaching programs to fit any budget if you are looking for help and specific techniques for moving forward and changing your life. 

I went through a lot of hard knocks before I got it figured out but now I relate to life differently because I know the power of my thoughts and beliefs.  I have learned that I will find myself actually living it when I use a process that begins with creating it first in my mind.  The results are fascinating!

I’m sharing that missing piece tonight if you can make it.

It used to be that when “life happened” the challenges sometimes created a weight that caused me to buckle under it. I felt helpless and didn’t know where to turn or what to do. A lot of the time it was over finances but sometimes the pains and ups and downs of life got to me.

Your thoughts begin a series of events that create a vibration of energy that resonates throughout the universe.  And that message may not even be close to what you think it is.

I began to see a tremendous difference in my life after I learned how to use energy work to stop the stress reaction from happening.  My health improved drastically because I wasn’t taxing my immune system so much.  And I was able to create the feelings of success and maintain them as I worked with creative visualization.  I learned many years ago that as soon as I could create a clear intention and then maintain the feelings of success with it, it would come into my life.  Learning about the power of the subconscious mind and the activation of the stress response that often went undetected, made all the difference in the world in working with my goals. 

Listen to Dr Bruce Lipton explain the HPA Axis and how it can affect health.  I believe strongly that its activation while thinking about and visualizing goals is also detrimental to success.

Positive visualization starts the process of creating feelings and it can be learned by doing visualization exercises.  But too many people think that positive visualization is where it ends.  It doesn’t end there, it begins there.  You want to see things in your mind’s eye that create feelings of expectation.  Studies show that what you expect, you will get. Over my years of coaching, I have worked with clients who are very intelligent, well read and seem to understand about as much as I do about the way the Laws of Attraction work.  Some have studied the teachings of the most well known success gurus and really “get” the concepts.  But they work with me because they are still missing one piece and it is the same one that I was missing years ago when I couldn’t manifest ALL as opposed to just SOME of my dreams.

Years ago, I used the same personal goal setting process on all of my goals, did creative visualization and many different visualization exercises and visualization techniques, yet sometimes it worked like magic and other times-nothing at all.

I found the answer to the problem when I heard about the latest discoveries involving the brain and also started hearing more and more about cellular memories and the power of hidden belief systems that control conscious behavior-subconsciously.

I began to do energy work, or “energy medicine” using various tools and my life began to change.  My goal manifestation became very consistent and I was never again at a loss when things didn’t seem to be working as I had planned.

Personal goal setting gets results because of what you see, think and FEEL about your goal-it’s not 100% dependent on looking at images.  It is much more about what you are feeling in your heart.

I was looking at some YouTube videos today and ran across one about “The Secret.”  What I noticed was that as I watched and read the affirmations, suddenly I felt a physical shift.  It was subtle but because I do energy work and work with goals daily, I feel these shifts easily.

The shift said to me that I didn’t believe what I was reading and saying.  My body released stress chemicals and I was able to detect them because I have developed the skills necessary for that.  That is what I look for when my goals aren’t manifesting-hidden beliefs that associate a fear response instead of 100% belief in what I am saying.  When I SEE it, FEEL it and BELIEVE it, things happen.

Too many people are in their head and do not have their heart engaged and supporting them.  Instead, their heart knows they have been hurt before so it reacts in a way that causes stress chemicals to be released.  That causes an energetic response that is communicated to the universe.  All of this is very subtle and often goes completely unnoticed.  Most people are so used to being in their head that they don’t even understand how to really feel something with their heart.  They miss many important signs that show they are working against themselves.

Click the link below, watch the video clip, and see if you can feel in your heart what you are saying in your head.  That is what is almost impossible for the majority of people.  If you don’t believe it in your heart and really FEEL it there, nothing will change until you do.  You must believe it so strongly that it comes from the core of your being and you absolutely expect it to happen. 

When I discovered how to create that feeling with the help of energy work, nothing could stop me!

There is a place where the general crowd lives.  They don’t do personal goal setting.  They move in bunches, flowing along with ideas that are given to them through the media or friends they associate with.  Nothing about them stands out in a crowd.  They are like most people who aren’t happy with their life but that don’t do what it takes to change it.

To be successful, you have to go just a little bit further than the masses.  You have to do some personal goal setting and determine what to fix your eyes on.  Then you must use visualization techniques to let your subconscious know what to bring into your life.

Try something simple at first so you develop the belief in the power of creative visualization if you doubt it.  Keep telling yourself that you want some information about something.  Think of an image that represents the information coming to you.  Maybe see yourself with a paper in your hand that represents the information.  Or see yourself crossing it off a list of things to do or that are in process.  And feel gratitude in your heart that you have received what you requested.

Separate yourself from the crowd by doing the small things that most people won’t do to create change in their life.  Creative visualization is not difficult to do with a little practice.  Be consistent and then watch your dreams unfold before your very eyes just as they have been doing in your Mind’s Eye.

If I notice that something feels a bit off, I start out by thinking about the issue and then see what emotions I feel.  I have become convinced that everything begins with a belief or perception so I attempt to identify what may have just happened that has caused me to feel whatever I am feeling.  Nothing will change on a permanent basis until you remove or change the belief that is the cause.  It is never about the present situation.  If the slate was clean, you wouldn’t even react.  You react because you have stored information that says pain is involved somehow.

Once I identify what I am feeling, I do energy work of some type so that I am back in a state of coherence and able to feel emotions that would fall into the love category.

My ultimate goal is to be able to maintain a state of coherence, or even harmonious patterns of energy within my body.  Once I am in that state, I am able to focus on any goal with energy that is very powerful and clear.  Clarity of purpose and intention is what allows your goals to come into the physical world from the mental world where thoughts live.

If everyone who wanted to change something they didn’t like about their life had that kind of determination, there is no doubt that they would succeed with their goal.

I’m pretty sure that her mind went to work thinking about a solution to her problem or she never would have been able to follow through.  Images would have flooded her thoughts about all of the possibilities.  Then she would have chosen a vision to focus on as she applied the action steps.  She clearly knew what she had to do and she did it.  She jogged to her car, got the fox in the trunk so it could be tested and then drove herself to the hospital.

The plan, the vision, knowing where you are headed makes all the difference in achieving goals.  She could have panicked and then ran around in circles in a state of confusion about what she should do.  But she didn’t and in this case, her clear headed thinking may have even saved her life.

You will never change things you don’t like about your life if you don’t create a clear headed goal or intention.

Studies show how powerful intentions are so remember to create intentions for your life instead of dwelling on the way things are.

Here are a couple of suggestions.

If there is something that you know you want and you are clear about it, see it clearly in your mind’s eye and associate a feeling of gratitude with it, having faith that it is in the process of manifesting.  Be sure you stay open to the way that it comes into your life and open to the idea that the Universe will provide that or something better for your highest good.

Or…

If you’re not exactly sure what things will look like, create an intention that something good is headed your way.  Experience feelings of gratitude for the end result that is on its way.  Know that it will allow you to enjoy peace, contentment or a sense of joy.  Then look for the steppingstones that will take you to whatever it is that will bring that happiness into your life.  If you make a clear intention, things WILL show up.

Here is a perfect example that will remain in my thoughts as a constant reminder that we do not need to accept limitations.  We can all stretch beyond what we are told is possible.

DJ Gregory, with the help and support of his parents, didn’t accept the limitations placed on him by someone else’s beliefs.  The disease he was born with carried with it restrictions that limit the physical body.  He was told he would never walk.  But he didn’t accept that and neither did his parents.  His mind saw something different and his spirit carried him way beyond what he was told was possible.  He had a dream and held on to the vision of doing something that even perfectly healthy golfers weren’t doing. 

Watch this clip and remember it when you are tempted to believe something just because someone else says it is so.  No one but you knows what you are capable of.  Believe in yourself and go for it like DJ Gregory did.  His journey couldn’t have been easy.  His footsteps, each one placed with courage and determination, carried him to the successful outcome he was focused on.  He never gave up. 

Just think about how many people give something minimal effort and then quit when it gets a little challenging.  Think about DJ next time you are tempted to do that.  Winners don’t know when to quit because they are visualizing only one thing-the finish line.  Then they cross it.

And in a different interview, what did Michael Phelps have to say about all of his success?  He summed it up, in my opinion; by saying he had done it with his mind.

That is the place where everything must start.  You must be able to see it in your Mind’s Eye and practice it so often that it becomes a natural part of your consciousness.  Your mind thinks in pictures and it will take whatever pictures you give it and act on them as if they are reality.  Creative visualization is a very powerful thing.

Countless champion athletes spend a tremendous amount of time doing visualization exercises-envisioning the event and the win. 

But do not overlook a vital piece.  They also have passion in their hearts and drive that just won’t quit.  That passion and drive is what causes them to take the action steps that will result in the accomplishment of the goal.  That is what makes it different than daydreaming and wishful thinking.  You must be able to feel the passion in your heart while you are practicing creative visualization-while you are seeing the accomplishment unfold in your mind.

Therein lies the problem for most people.  The belief, the deep down core belief that they can have the life they dream about is missing.  They say affirmations in their head but they aren’t supported by the feelings in their heart.

With experience, you begin to recognize when you have the necessary feelings.  It is frequently described as “just knowing” that your goal is going to happen. 

If you can’t see it, feel it, and believe it, you have to identify and remove the underlying beliefs that are causing blocks to success.  Some people have to do a little more foundational work in order to develop those unmistakable feelings you get when you know you are working with an idea whose time has come.  But anyone can get there!
